The donations we receive through the Monterey County Gives! campaign will go directly to  the Monterey Bay Fund.  The first project selected by the Fund is the solar installation at Bonny Doon Elementary School  and will support job training through Cabrillo College.   Read Full Story

Instead of buying credits that support projects outside of the Monterey area, Portola Hotel and Spa has committed to supporting local schools and businesses in the Monterey Bay area by purchasing renewable energy certificates. Read Full Story
